Once I place an order, how long till I get my Salty Tees?
In most cases the Tees are shipped out the following day, however due to inventory and acts of god it is possible for it to take a few days. You will get an email within 24 hours of your order letting you know when your item ships.

Is shopping at your store secure?
You bet your ass we're secure! We use 128 bit SSL secure servers and a top notch Credit Card processor to make sure none of your information can be stolen or tampered with.
Don't be fooled by other T-shirt sites that say they are secure. Make sure that on the page you enter your credit card information into has a little locked symbol in the corner of your browser bar. You will find alot of other shirt sites don't have this meaning they are not secure!
We've been in the internet E-commerce insdustry for years and know how to make a safe secure shopping experience!

What is your refund policy?
We will replace any shirt that hasn't been warn (like tried on is ok, not all smelly warn to the beach for a day, etc..) or washed if it doesn't fit or has some sort of manufacturing defect. BUT we will not refund your shipping costs, we don't get to keep that money, the shipping company does and they don't give a crap if you ordered the wrong size, hey that's UPS/USPS for ya!

Do you ship outside of the US?
yes, we do. Any orders outside the US will be charged $12 total for shipping upto 5 shirts. If you order more than 5 shirts we will wave the shipping costs.

What kind of shirts do you use to print your designs on?
We use a few different brands and styles. Hanes brand is our preffered shirt and we use "Beefy-T" (100% ring-spun cotton jersey, 6.1 oz) which is that very thick 100% cotton tee as well as their 50/50 "Heavyweight" (50% cotton/50% polyester fabric, 5.5 oz).
Some colors we had to use "Jerzees Adult Zbrand" brand tees (5.6 oz., 50/50 cotton/polyester blend) because Hanes does not carry all the colors we need.

Will The colors of your shirts match the exact colors of the shirts on your website?
No, they will be close, but they won't match 100% because depending on what kind of computer (mac/PC) you are viewing our website on, and which browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Netscape) and most importantly the type and quality of your monitor colors will vary. These are what we call the "X Factor" in shopping for clothing on the internet. We try and recreate the colors as close as we can, but lets face it, our monitors are different than yours!
